Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to our property team on a daily basis
* Handle reception duties and communicate effectively with clients
* Manage documents, listings, and property data accurately and efficiently
* Assist with marketing materials, reports, and inspections
* Contribute to the smooth operation of our office
Requirements:
* Strong organizational and communication skills
