As the first point of contact for technical support, you'll deliver remote and on-site assistance, manage service tickets, and maintain accurate records in ConnectWise. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values professionalism, empathy, and continuous learning.
What You'll Be Doing
* Respond to support requests via phone, chat, and ticketing system
* Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 issues across Windows, Office 365, VoIP, and networking
* Escalate complex issues with clear documentation
* Configure and maintain workstations, laptops, and Microsoft 365 accounts
* Support VoIP systems (3CX), backups (Acronis), and device records
What We're Looking For
* 1–2 years' experience in IT support or customer service with tech aptitude
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and basic networking
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Valid Driver's Licence and Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
Bonus Skills
* Certifications in Microsoft 365/Azure (AZ-900 / MS-900), VoIP (3CX), or backup systems
* Experience with ConnectWise or similar RMM tools
