HSEQ Administrator Role
We are seeking an exceptional administrator to join our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) team. This dynamic role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with administrative skills to contribute to the success of our organisation.
The HSEQ Administrator will provide administrative support to the HSEQ team, ensuring effective document control, accurate records management, and efficient communication within the team and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
* Document control administration for IMS-related documents in line with company processes.
* Maintaining users and accurate records within the IMS system.
* Coordinating shared HSEQ Inbox and calendar for scheduling training, site visits, meetings, and other HSEQ activities.
* Performing functions and duties of the HSR Committee Secretary.
* Administering internal TAP request processes.
* Maintaining and administering training and e-learning modules.
* Providing IMS system technical administration and statistical reporting support.
* Supporting external training administration, including bookings and dissemination of competencies.
* Participating in supported HSEQ lead indicator activities.
* Organising HSEQ-related files and folders in shared directories.
To be successful in this role, you will require advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and effective time management skills. Previous experience in WHS, document control, and minute-taking is highly regarded.
