About The Role
In this All-Rounder role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Building rapport with members and guests from diverse backgrounds.
Assisting members and guests with enquiries and requests.
Providing drinks service, fixing machine errors and maintaining the gaming floor.
Working in our housekeeping, bar and gaming area, including TAB and Keno.
Delivering great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas.
Requirements
Must be willing to work in smoking areas.
Previous customer service experience is essential.
Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification is essential.
Bar and gaming service experience is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work a mixture of day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
