Join our team as a Group Training Coordinator and lead training across two fast-paced, export-licensed beef processing plants. If you're organised, confident and great with people, this role lets you make a real impact.
What you'll do
Deliver inductions and on-the-job training
Keep training plans, records and competency matrices up to date
Tailor training for a multicultural workforce
Support supervisors with skill development and compliance needs
Work closely with RTOs and external training partners
Support production, QA and WHS compliance through strong documentation
Travel between sites as needed
About you
Experience in training within processing, manufacturing or similar
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE*****) preferred
Clear communicator with strong presentation skills
Confident delivering practical, accessible training to diverse teams
Highly organised, accurate and able to manage competing priorities
Knowledge of export meat processing or regulated industries a bonus
