Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team at our brand-new site in Port Hedland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities
* Responding to incoming calls and enquiries from customers
* Providing quotations and following through to order placement and successful on-time delivery to customers
* Liaising with the broader business to best service our customers
* Procuring product for customer orders
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in customer service and sales
* Proactive approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to understand customer needs and offer value-based solutions
* Willingness to learn about our industry and business
* Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
