Elevate Energy has secured a multitude of long-term projects and are currently seeking Fluid Management Operators to join our team based out of Roma, Queensland. We are looking for candidates with a can-do attitude, who can work autonomously and safely.

As a Fluid Management Operator, you will:
* Operate equipment within approved operating and safety procedures
* Perform manual labour tasks including rig up /rig down of associated equipment
* Prepare and complete pre-starts, pre-mobilisation, and post-mobilisation checklists as needed
* Perform basic maintenance as needed
* Maintain a safe work area through compliance with HSEQ requirements and procedures.
* Actively participate in all safety meetings and incident reporting
* Be fit for work to perform all tasks associated with the role including driving when necessary

To be considered applicants must have:
* Previous field-based, remote, or oil & gas experience (highly regarded)
* Current driver's licence (HR licence advantageous)
* Hold relevant licences and tickets including CPR, First Aid, Well Site Permit to Work Holder, Industry Safety Induction (ISI), Operate and maintain a 4WD, Load Restraint, Telescopic Material Handler, Gas Test Atmosphere (highly regarded)
* Strong safety focus and ability to work autonomously
* Motivated, Reliable, organised, and professional approach to work
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug screen, and national police clearance
