As a hands-on retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a customer-focused team to ensure our customers receive exceptional service by setting the standard through personal interactions, actively addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly. You'll be the driving force behind our store's success. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading by example and creating a high-energy, fun atmosphere for our team and customers.
2. Overseeing all store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising.
3. Setting and achieving sales targets while delivering a shopping experience that impresses.
4. Inspiring your team to be their best, nurturing talent, and fostering a retail adventure.
5. Solving challenges with strong problem-solving skills and ensuring smooth operations.
6. Ensuring a safe environment for our customers and team members.
7. Delivering on business objectives.
