The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in senior leadership, preferably in early childhood or education sectors, with strong governance and financial acumen. They will also possess a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and foster a values-based, inclusive culture.
Key responsibilities include delivering our Strategic Plan in partnership with the Board, leading a skilled and committed Leadership Team, and building a thriving organisational culture that prioritises staff wellbeing and child safety. The CEO will also strengthen relationships with families, government, councils, and sector stakeholders, driving CKP's Early Years Management (EYM) Growth Plan and identifying new opportunities for sustainable service delivery.
