Accounts Management Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to fill this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing electronic funds transfers and cheque payments, processing supplier invoices, and performing reconciliations of supplier accounts and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare daily and monthly workload tracking reports
* Provide high quality customer service for internal and external customers at all levels
* Receipt payments received to customer invoices
* Daily bank reconciliations
Requirements:
* Relevant skills and/or experience in accounts management
* Well-developed communication skills, both written and oral
* Ability to manage high volumes of work
* Adaptability and high attention to detail
