The Nurse Led Walk in Clinic will provide assessment, treatment and advice to adults and children (aged over 2 years) for non-life-threatening injuries and illness, as well as trauma-informed, women-focused services.

About the role:
Deliver comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, care and interventions for patients presenting with acute injury or illness.
Obtain advanced clinical skills in emergency and/or minor injury and illness care, including suturing and fracture management.
Demonstrate sound clinical judgement and autonomous decision-making, including ordering and interpreting imaging and pathology results.
Provide high-level clinical nursing leadership, management, and governance within the clinic.
Apply advanced practice skills and evidence-based care to optimise outcomes.
Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient flow and care coordination.
Mentor, educate and support clinical staff working at the top of their scope of practice.
About you:
You are a compassionate and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner with recent emergency or urgent care experience, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You bring strong leadership, governance, and a commitment to excellence through evidence-based practice.
You will demonstrate:
Current registration with the NMBA as a Nurse Practitioner and completion of a relevant Masters qualification.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $183,132 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $ $80.95 p.h.
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
