Hays is currently working with an established boutique financial planning firm in Subiaco, who are looking for their next Client Services Administrator tojoin the team. This is a full-time, in-office role, offering a fantasticopportunity to work in a collaborative and professional environment.
Your new role
As the Client Services Administrator, you will play a key role in implementing advice and onboarding new clients. You will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, ensuring the firm's processes run smoothly and efficiently.Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Assist in generating financial advice documents for clients.
* Prepare all necessary forms and documents based on Statements of Advice (SOA).
* Oversee processes such as rollovers, contributions, new account and insurance applications, including quoting and managing underwriting.
* Maintain CRM records and client databases to ensure compliance and service standards.
* Ensure Clear Client Communication - Keep clients informed throughout the implementation phase and promptly address any issues.
* Engage with External Providers - Liaise with super funds, insurance companies, platform providers, fund managers, and admin partners to carry out advice execution.
* Manage Annual Review Process - Prepare and distribute Fee Disclosure Statements (FDS) and Opt-In Notices as part of client annual meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and qualities:
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good written & oral communication skills.
* Experience with Implementation Highly Regarded.
* Ability to collect and analyse information.
* 2 + years' experience in Financial Planning would be advantageous
