Key Responsibilities
* Promoting and selling hotel rooms, using techniques such as up-selling and suggestive selling.
* Maintaining accurate records of hotel inventory and managing group room blocks.
* Booking reservations, processing cancellations and revisions, and updating reservation information.
* Ensuring data integrity for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 6-12 months experience in Front Office, Reservations, or Customer Service.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency with Opera or similar Property Management Systems (PMS).
