Based in Wacol, in this role, you'll own forecasting, production planning, and inventory optimisation for one of Primo's most dynamic product portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop short, medium and long ‐ term demand forecasts and provide insights into peaks, promotions and seasonal trends
* Create and manage daily and weekly production plans, balancing capacity, labour, materials and operational constraints
* Monitor inventory levels and stock projections to minimise waste and identify SLOB or at ‐ risk product early
* Coordinate raw material and packaging requirements, working closely with Procurement and suppliers to ensure continuity of supply
* Analyse plan vs actual production performance and work with Operations to address variances
* Communicate risks, constraints, priorities and recommendations to cross ‐ functional stakeholders
* Maintain accurate planning data in ERP/MRP systems and support improvements to master data and planning processes
* Report on planning KPIs such as DIFOT, forecast accuracy, yield and inventory health, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
* 2–3+ years' experience in FMCG or manufacturing planning, including production, supply, or demand planning
* Strong analytical and data skills with proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Pronto, Dynamics, or similar)
* Solid understanding of production scheduling, capacity planning, raw material flows, and plan ‐ vs ‐ actual performance analysis
* Able to interpret data, identify root causes, and communicate clear, practical recommendations to stakeholders
* Highly organised, detail ‐ focused, and able to stay calm and effective in a fast ‐ paced, high ‐ volume production environment
* Proactive, solutions ‐ focused, and committed to continuous improvement in processes, planning accuracy, and efficiency
