About People & Culture at UOWD

Stakeholder & Process Management

Work closely with Deans, Heads of School, Faculty, and Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs

Coordinate interview scheduling, panels, and logistics

Prepare interview documentation and committee packs

Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate dashboards and ATS records

Ensure compliance with university recruitment policies, approvals, and documentation standards

Maintain audit‐ready recruitment records

About You:

1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience, preferably within higher education or a structured organisation

Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn, job boards, and candidate databases

Experience using an ATS or recruitment system

Excellent organisation, coordination, and follow‐up skills

Strong stakeholder communication and relationship‐management ability

Key Attributes

Highly detail‐oriented and process‐driven

Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and competing deadlines
