We're looking for a proactive HSEQ Coordinator who thrives on variety and wants to make a real impact across safety, quality, and environmental outcomes.

You will play a key part in strengthening our Integrated Management System (IMS), supporting ISO accreditation, and helping embed a proactive safety culture. What You Will Do
Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, you'll work across multiple functional areas and support both strategic and operational activities across our NSW Illawarra, Sydney & South Coast sites, including:
* Facilitate and support the implementation & integration of HSEQ systems aligned to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AS/NZS 45001.
* Work with personnel on operations sites to facilitate best practice and compliance in Safety & Environment.
* Conduct and support risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions.
* Support HSEQ training programs, forums and stakeholder education.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly HSEQ compliance, regulator and performance reports.
* Maintain and enhance the Internal Management System (IMS) documentation.
* Assist with document control, procedure updates and standardisation.
* Assist with internal audits, inspections and compliance reporting.
* Coordinate HSEQ activities, meetings, and communication across departments.
* Contribute to continuous improvement, IT system enhancements and process optimisation.

We're looking for someone with
* Experience in HSEQ coordination or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of WHS & NSW Environmental legislation.
* Strong risk management, inspection, investigation & audit process experience.
* High Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
* Strong mentoring, coaching & education abilities with work teams.
* Demonstrated ability to write technical reports and analyse data.
* Understanding of Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
Preferred but not essential
* Bachelor's degree in environmental science, WHS/OHS, Science or related field.
* Experience working with EPA or environmental compliance.
* Experience in the manufacturing/waste management industry.
* Valid Driver's Licence.
