Executive Service Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Service Manager to lead the delivery of services across premises, business operations and hospitality at our Canberra Office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing services such as documentation management, mail/couriers, reception, premises and security, maintenance, catering and crisis management
* Leading and coaching teams to deliver high-quality services and foster a great place to work
* Managing tenancy operations including contracts, repairs and relocations
* Driving continuous improvement through research, supplier engagement and technology solutions
* Supporting and leading firm-wide projects, initiatives and service delivery innovations
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within a top-tier professional services firm or similar environment, with strong leadership, project management and financial management skills. They will also possess excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
