Gallery Operations Assistant
The role of Gallery Operations Assistant is a unique and dynamic opportunity for an individual who is looking to learn many aspects of gallery operations.

* Office Management: Assist with overseeing the smooth running of two locations, ensuring routine maintenance is booked in, repairs are reported, problem solved and relevant vendors called.
* Vendor Management: Build up good relationships with vendors, researching vendors and ensuring we have the best market rates, being the point of contact for vendors under the guidance of the Associate Director of Operations.
* Exhibitions and Events: Provide support to the Associate Director in the planning of exhibitions and events by assisting with the development and maintenance of the Master Schedule, briefing interns on the upcoming exhibition including any VIPS and special requirements.
* Admin Support: Keep a track of intern start and end dates, coordinating the internship programme, reminding departments regarding intern end dates and sharing the job descriptions for posting.
Requirements:
* Ability to time manage and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work with multiple teams is required.
* Strong attention to detail.
* At least 2 years related experience or the equivalent.
