About this Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Registrar - Addiction Medicine to join our multidisciplinary team. This fixed term, full-time appointment will be for 36 months and requires the successful candidate to deliver evidence-based treatment of substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities
* The clinical management of patients with alcohol and other drug disorders, supporting their families and carers under the supervision of Consultant medical staff.
* Supporting Consultants in the provision of training, supervision and education for Resident Medical Officers and Interns.
* Fulfilling educational requirements of the Royal Australian College of Physicians (RACP) Advanced Training Curriculum to attain Fellowship of the Australasian Chapter of Addiction Medicine.
