Step into a role where you can shape buildings from the very first sketch through to the final handover on site. This is your chance to influence every chapter of a project's story, guiding concept visioning, crafting clear and resolved documentation, and seeing your decisions come to life in the built environment.
You'll be joining a practice that has quietly built a reputation for doing things properly: smart planning, thoughtful proportions, beautifully resolved details, and an unwavering respect for buildability. This is a studio where ideas are discussed openly, delivery is taken seriously, and teams are genuinely supported to do their best work.
Here, architecture is equal parts ambition and practicality. Projects balance clarity, elegance and commercial logic and the team prides itself on being calm, solutions-focused professionals who get things done without unnecessary fuss.
If you're looking for a role where you can truly take ownership, lead confidently, and work within a grounded, collaborative environment, this is the ideal next step.

* Lead Class 2 and Class 3 projects from concept design through DA, CC and construction
* Shape early design direction and translate ideas into clear, coordinated documentation
* Drive consultant coordination and guide projects smoothly through approvals
* Chair meetings with clients, authorities, builders and suppliers — becoming the trusted project lead
* Resolve RFIs, review shop drawings, and ensure design intent is honoured on site
* Mentor graduates and intermediates; set the tone for quality, communication and delivery
What You'll Bring
* 6+ years' experience delivering Class 2/3 multi-residential, hotel or co-living projects
* Strength across concept design, DA, CC and construction phases
* Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD
* A solid grasp of NCC, BCA, ADG and NSW planning controls
* Confidence coordinating consultants and navigating complex stakeholder environments
* A calm, detail-focused approach with strong buildability instincts
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency
