Job Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified clinician to join our team in providing clinical services to individuals with various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for our clients through positive behaviour support plans.
The successful candidate will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have complex needs. As a clinician, you will play an integral part in personal growth and development, working together with clients to meet their goals and enhance independence.
Day-to-day duties will involve collaborating with allied health practitioners, support workers and family members to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. Positive Behaviour Support plans focus on increasing skills, improving emotion regulation and enhancing overall well-being.
* Develop and implement PBS plans with regular follow-up and review.
* Assess and observe challenging behaviours, working towards increasing skills and emotion regulation.

Requirements
* Qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Board-Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA), Teaching, Social Work, Social Sciences, Criminology, Childhood Education & Care, Health Science, Allied Health or Nursing.
* NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Practitioner or ability to become registered.
* Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability and other complex diagnoses desirable.
* A car and driver's licence.
* A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one.
