* A proven leader with at least 2 years in an early years leadership role
* A confident communicator and compassionate leader who fosters connection and collaboration
* Someone ready to take on a new challenge, lead with heart, and grow alongside the community
* Experience with budgeting, rostering, coordinating family tours and the ability to engage effectively to increase occupancy target rates.
Qualifications:
* A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
* Working With Children’s Check WWCC
* Clear international police check
* Child Protection - Mandatory Reporting Certificate
* Asthma, Anaphylaxis CPR certificates
* Do food safety certificate
