FOREMAN | CIVIL CONSTRUCTION | ACT | $100K-$140K SUPER Lead civil crews on major infrastructure projects Long-term role with a well-established company Strong pipeline of secured work across the ACT About the Role We're looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join a highly respected contractor delivering complex infrastructure projects across Canberra. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage crews on-site, drive productivity, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. If you've built your career in civil and are ready to step into a stable, long-term role with a serious contractor, this is worth a conversation. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate civil crews on-site Manage daily site operations and work schedules Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope Maintain high standards of safety (WHS) and compliance Liaise with site managers, engineers and subcontractors Monitor productivity, quality and site performance Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications What You'll Need Proven experience as a Foreman in civil construction Strong background across: Earthworks Roadworks / pavements Underground services Ability to lead teams and drive site performance Solid understanding of WHS requirements Strong communication and leadership skills What's on Offer $100K - $140K super (based on experience) Full-time, permanent position Work with a well-established contractor (40 years in the industry) Consistent pipeline of major civil projects Strong team culture and long-term career progression About the Company This contractor has been delivering civil infrastructure projects across the ACT for over four decades, with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and project delivery.
