Administration / Accounts Payable
One Stop Joinery is seeking a reliable and organised Administration / Accounts Payable professional to support our busy office.
This role would suit someone who is proactive, detail orientated and confident managing a variety of administrative and account-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
* General administrative support including filing, data entry, correspondence
* Accounts payable processing
* Accurate entry and maintenance of financial and job-related data
* Payroll support, including timesheet processing and data entry
* Administration support relating to QLeave and WorkCover
* Answering calls and emails
* Liaising with staff, clients, and suppliers
* Preparation of SWMS documents
* Maintaining staff office amenities and supplies
About You:
* Previous experience in administration, bookkeeping and accounts payable
* Xero experience essential
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Reliable, well organised, and able to work independently
* Experience with Q Leave / Work Cover (preferred)
Hours:
* Full Time - Monday to Friday
Start:
* Immediate start available
