Business Development, Growth and Acquisition Lead

Nascha Inc is seeking an experienced, proactive and strategic Business Development, Growth & Acquisition professional to lead growth and expansion activities across Disability, Aged and Community Care Services.

This role focuses on driving sustainable growth, expanding service reach, creating sector awareness, and strengthening partnerships to increase impact across the community.

About the Role

In this role, you will identify, develop, and convert opportunities that support organisational growth, as well as drive promotional activity, increase sector awareness, client base, and service reach.

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to leverage your established networks across the sector, while building strong referral pathways, and securing new funding and service opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

* Identify and pursue new partnerships across NDIS, Aged Care, and Community sectors.
* Build strong relationships with Support Coordinators, Aged Care Assessors, Allied Health Providers, Community Referral Agencies, Primary Healthcare Networks, and Community Organisations.
* Support expansion into new service areas and markets.
* Contribute to service innovation, development, marketing and promotion.

Growth

* Drive client growth across service areas and programs through proactive promotional activities, networking, and marketing activity.
* Increase service uptake and expand sector presence and awareness.
* Support and promote diversification of services to strengthen long-term sustainability.
* Align growth initiatives with operational capacity and strategic priorities.

Acquisition

* Generate and manage enquiry pipelines and convert leads into active clients.
* Identify and secure new funding opportunities, contracts, and programs.
* Strengthen referral pathways across disability, aged and community care sectors.
* Support onboarding and engagement of new clients and partners.

About You

* Solid experience with established networks and understanding across the Community Services Sector, specifically within NDIS, Aged Care, Health, and broader community services (highly desirable).
* Proven experience in business development, marketing, promotions, growth, and service expansion.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‐building skills.
* Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
* A passion for delivering meaningful outcomes in the community sector.

Qualifications & Experience

* Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, Community Services, Health, or a related field.
* Experience within the NDIS, Aged Care, Disability, Health, and not‐for‐profit sector.
* Demonstrated experience in business development, partnership management, or growth‐focused roles.
* Experience in grant writing, fundraising, or securing funding opportunities (highly regarded).
* Established networks across the sector supporting partnerships, growth and acquisition within the NDIS, Aged Care, and Community (highly desirable).
