Change Management Specialist
* As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation’s strategic priorities by leading and managing change initiatives. You will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to assess impacts, craft tailored communications, and support training and engagement activities.
* Key responsibilities:
* Develop and implement change management strategies that ensure successful and sustainable outcomes across the organisation
* Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to design and deliver effective communication plans and training programs
* Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to inform change management approaches
* Support the development of organisational capability and capacity to adapt to change
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in change management, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communications
* Strong understanding of structured methodologies such as PROSCI
* Ability to work closely with project teams to deliver initiatives from scope to completion
* Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
* Effective communication and presentation skills
