The Role
We are expanding our on-site consulting team and are seeking experienced, level-headed Brand Consultants to join us at our Robina office.
This role involves structured, consultative conversations with pre-qualified inbound enquiries. You'll guide prospective clients through our Amazon business solutions, help them think clearly about their goals, and support confident, informed decision-making.
This is not a high-pressure sales floor.
This is not a work-from-home role.
This is a professional, process-driven consulting position with clear expectations, support, and long-term opportunity.
Your First 60 Days
Your initial onboarding period is focused on building confidence, familiarity, and a strong personal pipeline. During this time, you'll spend significant time speaking with inbound enquiries, gaining fluency through repetition, learning how to qualify effectively, and becoming comfortable with our systems and client flow. This phase is designed to create momentum, sharpen your communication, and establish a pipeline that supports long-term consistency and earnings, with your focus naturally shifting toward deeper consultations as opportunities mature.

Strong candidates often come from account management, financial services, recruitment, real estate (consultative side), automotive sales, or similar relationship-based roles.

• People uncomfortable with activity, repetition, CRM discipline, or follow-through

What You'll Be Doing
• Speaking with pre-qualified inbound enquiries (no cold calling)
• Running structured Discovery and Zoom consultations from our Robina office
• Understanding client goals and recommending appropriate solutions
• Building and managing a healthy opportunity pipeline
• Maintaining accurate CRM notes and managing follow-ups
• Working closely with our delivery team to ensure smooth client handover
• Representing AMZ Product Launcher in a calm, professional manner at all times

Contractors manage their own tax and business arrangements, with full operational support from AMZ Product Launcher.
