Personal Care Assistant Job Description
Care for our residents in a safe and supportive environment, providing assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding. Utilize excellent time-management skills to prioritize resident needs and provide high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with personal hygiene, showering, dressing, and toileting
* Provide mobility support and help with meal services
* Offer companionship and social support to residents
Requirements:
A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) (or equivalent) is required, along with at least one year of experience as a Personal Care Assistant in a Residential Aged Care home.
