Civil Site Surveyor – Roads, Subdivisions & Earthworks | $125K–$130K + Super + Vehicle
We're seeking a skilled Civil Site Surveyor to support the delivery of subdivision, road, and bulk earthworks projects across WA. This is a hands-on technical role with a growing contractor offering long-term stability, autonomy, and direct access to senior management.

Our client is a privately-owned civil contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects. With capabilities spanning bulk earthworks, underground services, and subdivisions, they're known for precision, reliability, and a collaborative team culture. Their survey division is expanding, creating an opportunity for a motivated surveyor to take ownership of multiple sites and contribute to project success.
Key Responsibilities
* Set out and establish survey control across active civil sites
* Conduct volume calculations and prepare detailed reports
* Undertake as-constructed surveys and submit documentation
* Create and manage 12d models for survey and machine guidance
* Coordinate survey requirements across multiple projects
* Work independently to deliver accurate, high-quality data
What We're Looking For
* TAFE or university qualification in Engineering Surveying
* Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in civil surveying
* Experience in roads, subdivisions, and bulk earthworks
* Machine control experience (Topcon and Trimble)
* Proficiency in CAD and data processing software (Business Centre, Magnet Civil)
* Strong planning and communication skills
* Safety-focused with solid compliance knowledge
* Valid WA driver's licence
