We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our team. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation and production for breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, banqueting, and buffet service.

* Assist the Executive Chef in maintaining clean, hygienic, and organized work environments to ensure efficiency within the kitchen and maintain HACCP standards.

* Perform tasks in a timely manner to ensure high guest satisfaction.
">
* Maintain and collaborate on stock rotation and stock control processes to reduce wastage and maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.

* Promote and express your passion for culinary through creating consistently great food production, in line with high quality standards.

* Liaise with the Kitchen teams on special requests or delayed meals/production.

* Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
