Role Summary
The Administrative Assistant will handle a wide range of office and administrative tasks, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner
* Support management and team members with administrative needs
* Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
* Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes
* Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms
* Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Qualifications / Requirements
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
* Ability to meet pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
* Police clearance (within 6 months)
* First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Manual Driver's Licence
