Virtue Roofing is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Roofing Supervisor to lead our residential re‐roofing division across Perth.
We specialize in high‐end tile‐to‐Colorbond re‐roofs and architectural residential metal roofing. Our projects are structured, detailed and client‐focused. We are not a volume roofing company. We focus on quality, organization and professionalism.
This role is specifically for residential re‐roofing.
Strong hands‐on metal re‐roofing experience is essential.

The Role
As Roofing Supervisor, you will take ownership of the day‐to‐day running of our residential re‐roof projects.
This includes:
* Supervising and leading a 1‐2 roofing crews on multiple job sites
* Managing safe tile removal and structural preparation
* Overseeing tie‐down(s), battens, insulation blanket and sheet installation
* Ensuring flashings and detailing meet high standards
* Coordinating skip bins, scaffold and material deliveries
* Confirming materials are correct and landed before commencement
* Managing project timelines (typically 7–14 day projects)
* Communicating directly with homeowners during works
* Maintaining safe, clean and professional sites
* Ensuring jobs are 100% complete before moving crews
You will work closely with the directors and play a key role in protecting Virtue's quality and reputation.
To be considered, you must:
* Have strong hands‐on experience in metal roofing and residential re‐roofing
* Understand full tile‐to‐metal conversions
* Understand tie‐down requirements and compliance
* Have experience leading roofing crews or operating as a leading hand
* Be confident communicating with homeowners
* Hold a valid driver's license
This is not a training role. We are looking for someone who understands re‐roofing properly and can take ownership.
