* Act as the main point of contact for customers during the implementation phase.
* Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks promptly and efficiently.
* Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
* Ensure all customer requirements are met and documented accurately.
* Contribute to process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Implementation Specialist should have:
* Experience in customer service or project management,
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
