We are seeking a skilled retail leader to join our team as an Assistant Retail Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
* Motivate and lead your team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
* Support the Retail Manager in driving business results and achieving company objectives
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
* Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members
* Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
This role requires a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends
