Strategic Financial Leadership Role
This is a senior leadership position that oversees the financial operations of an organisation. The successful candidate will have a strategic vision for the future and be able to lead cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals.
The role involves providing financial direction, planning and forecasting, as well as overseeing ICT, property, procurement and risk management functions. Strong leadership skills are required to manage budgets and deliver accurate financial reporting to support business decision-making.
The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience in senior finance roles, and have a strong understanding of NZQA, TEC, MoE, and Charities Services compliance. Advanced ICT and data analytics skills are also essential, particularly in cloud-based finance systems.
In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders. They will also be culturally competent, resilient and collaborative, with the ability to contribute to executive strategy and lead high-performing teams.

* Support income generation and funding diversification
* Lead compliance, audit and governance reporting
* Contribute to Strategy 2030 as a member of the Senior Management Team
