Be part of National 360's Adelaide team as a Clinical Practice Advisor . Use your expertise to support and develop our Occupational Therapy team, strengthen clinical practice, and help deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and communities. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to step into a Clinical Practice Advisor role, driving clinical excellence and supporting therapists across our growing teams. You will maintain a small caseload aligned with your key area(s) of interest and provide guidance and support to other Occupational Therapists at National 360 while contributing to the development of national resources. As a Clinical Practice Advisor, a typical day may involve: Providing 1:1 and group clinical supervision to Occupational Therapists of all levels locally. Delivering educational sessions to Occupational Therapists of all levels nationally. Co-working complex cases with early career therapists. Reviewing and developing policies, procedures, forms and templates. Reviewing reports and providing meaningful feedback to improve quality outcomes. Providing OT services to a small caseload of clients in either a generalist or tailored capacity. Collaborating closely with the National Clinical Lead and Local Leadership Team to help drive service excellence, foster team development, and contribute to the continued growth and innovation of our services. Participating in clinical auditing and support complaint resolution where required. Attending team meetings and events that build connection and support a positive, inclusive culture. APHRA registration. 5 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist. Proven ability to deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy outcomes to NDIS clients within a community setting. Experience supervising and mentoring Occupational Therapists. Strong knowledge of the disability, health, and aged care sectors. Full Australian working rights. Access your own vehicle and a current driver's licence. You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check.
