* Fit and install doors, hatches, seals, locks, trims, and body hardware
* Read drawings, job sheets, and specifications and set out work accurately
* Problem-solve build challenges and communicate issues early to avoid rework
* Maintain high standards of workmanship, finish quality, and workplace safety
* Keep a clean, organised work area and follow workshop procedures
Required skills & experience
* Trade qualification in Coachbuilding / Vehicle Body Building, Automotive Manufacturing, or a closely related trade
* Proven experience across custom or bespoke builds, not just repetitive production work

* Confident using hand and power tools for vehicle body building
* Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
* High attention to detail, alignment, sealing, and functional finish quality

* Forklift ticket and current driver's licence
What we're really looking for
* A practical problem-solver who adapts to different build types without dropping quality
* Someone who plans ahead, asks smart questions before cutting, and flags risks early
* Pride in workmanship, consistency, and safety
