Latte Australia is proud to be Élysée Collective’s talent partner. We are helping them find their next Senior Account Director to join their team.
Élysée Collective is a full-service comms agency specialising in delivering exceptional coverage for luxury brands across travel, beauty, hospitality and lifestyle. Led by Alice Moore (Travel Weekly PR Woman of the Year 2023), working at this agency offers a front-row seat to the world of luxury PR, where you’ll collaborate on a star-studded portfolio of iconic global brands (including Trudon, CREED, Aman, Perrier-Jouet, and PONANT, to name just a few) to secure the best editorial coverage, craft high-profile collaborations and dream up once-in-a-lifetime events.
Beyond positioning brands in top-tier media across print, digital and TV, you’ll be tasked with thinking outside the box when it comes to event conceptualisation, executing A-list brand collaborations and orchestrating influencer partnerships. From planning soirées for the latest launch from French candlemaker Trudon to strategically shaping the unveiling of a new luxury brand to the Australian market, you’ll be at the centre of creating the country’s most exclusive moments.
This is the ideal agency for someone with a passion for the world of luxury, with strong editorial instincts and a knack for knowing what makes headlines. With a high-trust, high-energy environment, Élysée Collective offers a unique opportunity to lead a team and grow professionally without the corporate red tape of larger agencies.
Benefits & Culture

The agency values media relationships highly, often assigning “star clients” to support team members, build credibility and expand their industry connections.
And as for perks? You’ll enjoy early previews of high-end products, from premium candles, skincare and beverages to luxury hotels, spas and restaurants. Plus, take the opportunity to network at top-tier events for glamorous product and venue launches, press showings and more.
