About the role: Working closely with
Partners
in Melbourne and across our national offices, you will join a high‑performing team with a diverse client base that includes ASX‑listed companies, corporate regulators, private corporates and high net worth individuals. You will work on matters including:
Commercial and contractual disputes
Misleading or deceptive conduct
Regulatory and financial services matters
Directors’ and shareholders’ disputes
Negligence claims
The ideal candidate:
5-8 years’ PQE
and a strong leasing background (retail preferred).
Solid experience in commercial litigation and case management gained in private practice
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability.
Commercial acumen and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
An interest in business development and contributing to team growth.
An interest in mentoring and supporting junior team members
