Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Canberra, with flexibility for remote work. As an IT Test Automation Lead, IT Delivery Managers, you will oversee and implement automated testing strategies, ensuring quality assurance throughout the software delivery lifecycle. Responsibilities include planning and managing automation frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring service delivery outcomes, and ensuring compliance with project schedules and requirements. Additionally, you will manage stakeholder expectations and provide leadership to foster a high-performing team environment.
Qualifications
* Solid understanding of Information Technology systems and processes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for testing automation and issue resolution
* Proven experience in Program Management and ensuring timely project delivery
* Expertise in Service Delivery and ensuring adherence to quality standards
* Effective Stakeholder Management and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
* Experience in leading teams and automating tests for software applications
* Familiarity with tools and frameworks for test automation is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
