11th May, 2026 Indigeco is recruiting an Associate Procurement Manager for our client, a major NSW Government agency. This contract role is available to start ASAP and will run through to 30 June 2026. Based in Macquarie Park or Burwood with 50% hybrid working, this role will support procurement activity across goods and services, including category planning, sourcing events, supplier negotiations and procurement governance. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Support the development of category plans and deliver strategic sourcing activities that align with business needs, risk and value for money outcomes Work collaboratively with internal customers, external partners and suppliers to plan and deliver procurement activities Provide procurement advice, guidance and information to stakeholders in line with relevant policies, procedures, delegations and legislative requirements Prepare, review and negotiate supplier agreements while supporting sound commercial and procurement decision making Identify, manage and mitigate procurement risks to support compliant and effective sourcing outcomes YOUR REQUIREMENTS Must have 1 week notice period or less to be considered Tertiary qualifications in procurement or contract management and/or relevant equivalent experience Demonstrated experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management or contract management Strong understanding of NSW Government procurement frameworks, policies, systems, procedures and probity requirements Experience delivering sourcing activities across goods and services, including RFx processes, evaluation plans and supplier negotiations YOUR PERKS Daily payrate of $850 to $1,100 super Contract opportunity through to 30 June 2026 50% hybrid working from Macquarie Park or Burwood Opportunity to support high-value procurement activity within a major NSW Government environment TO APPLY If you are an immediately available and experienced procurement professional with strong sourcing, stakeholder engagement and governance skills, we would love to hear from you.
