With a strong pipeline and new projects coming online, they’re now creating a key role for an ambitious Senior Development Manager to join and lead their close-knit, values-driven development team. The Opportunity As Senior Development Manager, you’ll lead the team and take a hands-on role across every stage of the development cycle, including: Driving feasibilities, design, and approvals Overseeing civil and infrastructure delivery Coordinating stage designs, releases, and public realm outcomes Managing consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders Reporting directly to the Development Director and Owner This is your chance to be part of a team where your expertise, initiative, and results will be noticed and rewarded.
