About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Remedial Construction Estimator to support our growing workload. In this role, you will:
* Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for remedial and rectification projects
* Analyse building reports, engineering documentation, and site inspections
* Prepare BOQs, tender submissions, and cost plans
* Identify project risks and propose value-engineering solutions
* Liaise with clients, strata managers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery
What We’re Looking For
To be successful, you will have:
* Experience in remedial or rectification construction estimating
* Strong understanding of building defects, water ingress, concrete repair, façade remediation, waterproofing, and structural rectification
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and building reports
* Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and negotiating skills
* A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
