About the Role
Casual Cook on the BOH team at The Peacemaker Saloon. The restaurant offers smoked BBQ and Southwest American style cuisine.
This casual position offers 2-3 shifts per week, with the option of a full‐time position in the future for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in prep and running lunch and dinner services.
* Reliable closing and maintenance of the kitchen.
* Contribute towards service prep.
* Maintain a clean kitchen work area.
* Learn procedures and eventually contribute to the preparation of smoked meats.
Qualifications
* 1+ year of cook/kitchen experience required.
Pay & Benefits
* Pay: From $34.00 per hour.

Shift Details
* Shift length: 8 hour shift.
* Work days: Weekend availability.
Additional Requirements
* Work authorization: Australia required.
* Location: In person.
