Key Responsibilities:

* Manage enquiries, referrals, appointments, and follow-ups
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records
* Coordinate phone and email traffic with clarity and efficiency
* Support clinicians with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when interacting with older adults and carers
* Experience in health, aged care, community services, or medical reception
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confidence using practice management systems and processing payments
* Understanding of Medicare and DVA processes
