We are seeking a professional with strong IT recruitment skills to manage the delivery piece of our end-to-end recruitment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, conducting detailed references, and maintaining our CRM system.

* Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various methods such as talent pools, database search, LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates.
* Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet the necessary requirements before allocation to an assignment.
* Screening: Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience for contract IT roles and present a shortlist of qualified candidates.
* Interview Coordination: Coordinate logistics and provide interview details to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
* Candidate Relationship Management: Provide timely updates, feedback, and support to candidates to ensure a positive experience.
* Talent Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and market conditions.
* Performance Metrics: Track and measure performance against operating metrics such as candidate interviews, submissions, and placements.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* At least 12-months experience in an agency Recruitment Consultant role.
* Strong proficiency in conducting headhunting campaigns and sourcing candidates through various channels.
* Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work autonomously and take accountability for actions.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to screen and interview candidates effectively.
* Good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Professional and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
