The Opportunity
Veolia ANZ is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Shepparton, Victoria This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee our Technical Waste Solutions (TWS) Operations. As the Branch Manager, you will provide strategic leadership to the TWS Operations workforce and ensure the safe and compliant operation of our state-of-the-art treatment facility.

What you'll be responsible for
* Ensure safe and timely processing of materials through the facility
* Manage external contractors for incoming and outbound materials
* Operate manual and computerised controls to maintain plant functionality
* Conduct on-site reviews to ensure environmental compliance
* Assist in maintaining ISO accreditation
* Ensure proper qualification and training of all employees
* Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with Veolia Health and Safety policies and procedures
What you'll need to be successful
* Excellent computer literacy and communication skills
* Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite
* Talent for building relationships with diverse stakeholders
* Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication and negotiation
* Unwavering commitment to health and safety practices
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
