Trainer - Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design
Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Trainer to deliver training, assessment, and student services for the Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design program.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction design and be able to provide high-quality instruction and assessment to students. Additionally, they will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of students and adhere to industry standards.
* Assess student performance and provide feedback that is constructive and actionable.
* Conduct validation and moderation of assessment tools and processes to ensure currency and accuracy.
* Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends and developments.
Required Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent.
* Validated Currency documents.
* Proof of Professional Development completed within the last year.
