The **Kotara** location is on the lookout for an **Assistant Store Manager**
**The Role and its Responsibilities**:
- Assisting the Store Manager to manage the daily store operations.
- Lead your team by example and deliver excellent customer service.
- Inspire your team to reach KPIs & Sales Targets.
- Ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines are met daily.
- Take a proactive approach to loss prevention & shrinkage.
- Adhere to WH&S procedures.

- You have previously coached, trained, and developed team members.
- You can drive and exceed targets.
- You have VM and stock control experience
- You have great time management skills.
