Sales Support Officer Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide administrative support to our team of licensed agents and property managers.
As a key member of our branch, you will manage leads pipeline, database prospecting, provide administrative support, and assist with sales listings. You will also respond to phone and email enquiries, schedule home appraisals and open homes, and prepare advertising material.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing leads pipeline and database prospecting
* Providing administrative support to a leading sales agent
* Assisting with sales listings and ensuring a smooth sales campaign
* Responding to phone and email enquiries and scheduling home appraisals and open homes
* Preparing and developing advertising material, contracts, and information memorandums
Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment are essential.
